PT DAHANA held a halalbihalal (gathering for the Eid al-Fitr celebration) event to strengthen friendships and boost enthusiasm and optimism in facing business challenges. The event, which brought together all DAHANA personnel—including commissioners, directors, employees, and female employees—took place at the DAHANA Campus Auditorium in Subang, West Java, on Friday, April 11, 2025.
In his remarks, Wahyudi Hidayat, DAHANA’s Independent Commissioner, expressed hope that the halalbihalal activity would maintain friendships and enhance unity among all PT DAHANA employees, regardless of their faith. “Happy Eid al-Fitr 1446 Hijriah. On behalf of the Board of Commissioners and myself, I sincerely apologize to all of you. We hope that any mistakes and errors can be forgiven. This halalbihalal is not just a celebration of victory after completing the Ramadan fast, but also a means to foster togetherness and unity among us without distinguishing between tribes, religions, races, or groups,” said Mr. Hidayat.
Hary Irmawan, the President Director of DAHANA, emphasized that Eid al-Fitr is a significant occasion for Muslims after the month of fasting. He noted that this time is also an opportunity to forgive one another, reflect on ourselves, and strengthen the bonds of friendship. “Through the halalbihalal activity, I hope that DAHANA employees will not only preserve our noble traditions but also strengthen family ties between employees and management. The spirit of togetherness during halalbihalal is expected to serve as an important foundation for building synergy in facing business challenges with optimism and renewed enthusiasm,” he stated. “I invite all colleagues to make this Eid al-Fitr a moment for renewing our commitment, improving performance, and continuing to foster collaboration for the progress of PT DAHANA. On behalf of myself and the management, I say, ‘Taqabbalallahu minna wa minkum, minal aidin wal faizin.’ Please forgive me, both physically and mentally,” concluded Mr Irmawan.
Mohamad Nur Sodiq, the Director of Finance, Risk Management, and HR, reported on the successful series of Ramadhan Harmony activities organized by the company. Through the Ramadhan Harmony program, DAHANA has effectively reached out to and strengthened ties with the community, particularly underprivileged groups around the company. “On behalf of the board of directors, we appreciate all employees who participated in the Ramadhan Harmony activities, including renovating orphanages, distributing free takjil (snacks for breaking the fast), making donations, and breaking fast with orphans. We also provided basic necessities to people with disabilities and renovated mosques. We are grateful for the meaningful contributions of everyone involved, and may Allah reward our collective efforts as acts of worship,” said Mr Sodiq.
During the halalbihalal event, DAHANA invited Ustadz Muhammad Subki Al-Bughury to deliver a lecture titled “Grateful, Trustful, Powerful.” He emphasized that the halalbihalal moment is an ideal time to reflect on the core values taught by Islam. “Being Grateful, Trustful, and Powerful reflects the strength that comes from appreciation and mutual trust. By being grateful, we generate positive energy; by trusting one another, we foster synergy; and with both, we become stronger in facing challenges. This halalbihalal is a moment to reinforce togetherness, build trust, and collectively drive DAHANA toward greater success,” concluded Ustadz Al-Bughury
